"I decided to put this together because when I was trying to build this character there was not a lot of information available online for how to put together a really good powerful mage. Of the very little I found online for how to build a good character I did find blackrabbit2999 and his build of Pronoob. Although his build did help me understand that basics of what you need to do it was lacking in a lot of areas that are vital to success as a PVP player.
